The services we provide are extensive. Some of the most popular services are: Lidar scanning for as-Builts, complete Revit modeling, interior and exterior design, architectural management, manufacturing, fulfillment and FFE install management and Hospitality brand approvals.

No. We don’t lock in any of our clients after our design contract are complete. Everyone is free to choose their FFE manufacturer or provided as they wish.

Yes. We have a small network of Architects that we work with and can assist with the full permitting process. Our architects are NCARB and licensed in multiple States.

No problem. We are the only hospitality firm in the nation that has its own Lidar and As-built service. Typically, we can complete a finished 100 room hotel scan in 1 day with a complete Revit turn around in as little as 3-4 weeks. In fact, we are hired by some of the largest engineering firms around to scan their own projects. We added this service when we found that a lot of older hotel renovations had missing As-built/Blue print plans.

Involvement always depends on the size and scale. From little to no involvement to moderate. Because we can handle most of the moving parts on a project this limits the involvement of the ownership to focus on other business responsibilities.

A typical design set can take as little as 1 month. For example a Holiday Inn express can take 45 to 65 days provided we get a quick response from ownership and brand.

Yes we do. We offer some of the best visuals in our segment.

Yes. Although this comes at an additional charge. We can provide a physical board. Projects and brands that require this will already be included in the design fee.

Yes. Innov8 has over 20 years of manufacturing management experience. We have specialized relation ships with our manufacturers to provide the best quality in FF&E. With Innov8 there is no middleman when it comes with our branded FF&E.

Typically turn around time from drawings to delivery is 15-18 weeks.

A proposal is an estimate of what the contract or goods will cost at that time. An invoice is indicating that a contract has been executed and payment is due. If a proposal does not get executed in 30 days it will become void. Pricing and shipping is constantly changing and we try to limit and surprises and change orders through the process.

We have progressive invoices. We typically start with 50% deposit. This allows us to start the purchasing process quickly and most vendors will require min 50% deposit. We create a project account and will keep this account funded so our fulfillment team can process orders and keep the deliveries on schedule.

Yes. Although we don’t have our own team. We can provide you a list of well qualified install teams to choose from. Once selected, our team will work closely with them.

Yes. Depending on your projects requirements we can help with a solution. Typically the FF&E install team will organize warehouse to help manage additional charges.
